The traditional Easter TV concert Springtime in Vienna ushers in the new season with a musical journey through Austria from the flower-filled Golden Hall of the Vienna Musikverein. Under the baton of Manfred Honeck Hélène Grimaud and the Wiener Symphoniker will perform Beethoven’s piano concerto No. 4 on March 26 & 27, 2016. The concert will be broadcast on Austrian TV on Monday March 28th and Sunday April 3rd.
Das traditionelle TV-Osterkonzert Frühling in Wien 2016 stimmt mit einer musikalischen Reise durch Österreich unter der Leitung von Manfred Honeck im blumengeschmückten Goldenen Saal des Musikverein Wiens auf die neue Jahreszeit ein. Zur Seite steht ihm die charismatische französische Starpianistin Hélène Grimaud mit Beethovens Klavierkonzert Nr. 4.
